I Miss The Gym


I'm hoping that I'm able to get the covid vaccine sometime in the next month or so. After that, I might be comfortable going back to the gym. I was doing so good right up until the pandemic, going two to three times a week for a hard hour long workout. Since then I've been trying to keep up with things using resistance bands and beach body videos at home, but if I'm honest I've fallen off a bit. Time to start rebuilding the habit.
